What is bullying?

The ingredients of bullying include repeated unwanted aggressive behavior, real or perceived power imbalance, and purposeful intent to hurt socially, physically, and verbally.

In Gap Tooth Smile Girl, Tamcat experienced social bullying. The girls in her class intentionally excluded her from their group. This same group of girls sought to embarrass Tamcat in public. The following video is a powerful representation of what bullying looks like to a child.
